Kris Goetz is a business and lifestyle coach, author, TEDx speaker and CEO / founder of I Quit Dairy. For the past 15 years she has learned from thought leaders such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay and Dan Buettner whose guidance helped her to cure her chronic headaches, a major hip injury and lose 15kgs. Kris now lives the life she came here to live. She regularly speaks at health and wellness symposiums in Australia and Europe. Many people who work with her have improved their health, lost weight, gained more energy. What Kris is most passionate about, is re-connecting people with the life of their dreams and empowering them with tools so they confidently walk their unique path, turning their dreams into reality.

How do you get started?

As we run this retreat in our beautiful tree top villa, seats are strictly limited and will sell out.
Approximately how many people attend?
To ensure an intimate setting, and due to the exclusivity of the venue, there will be no more than 16 people on the retreat.
Is there any support afterwards?
Yes. Due to the deeply transformational potential of an retreat like this, I understand it to be my responsibility to support you during your integration. Therefore following the retreat I offer two group calls for sharing and Q&A. Plus you'll be invited to join our exclusive Gut Guru Family afterwards for bi-monthly gatherings.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive between 5.00pm and 5.30pm to be on time for a smooth start.
Please give us a heads-up if you are running late. That way we can discuss the best options. Missing too much of the beginning will make it hard for you to follow, as we specifically design every part of the retreat to build onto the next.
Can you participate even though you have a food allergy?
Sure you can. Our recipes typically do exclude most of the common allergens, including dairy, gluten, egg and seafood. Surprisingly diet is not everything when it comes to gut health. Simply give us a heads up and we’ll look after you.
Can I do the retreat with a friend?
Your friends are my friends and they’re more than welcome!!! I believe in going through change with loved ones, so please YES, bring them all along.
